Meet our senior leaders
Chris has worked in the IT industry for nearly 20 years. A qualified lawyer with an entrepreneurial mindset, he has held legal, commercial and leadership roles across his career. He was previously CEO of Oriel Technologies and Tambla Ltd, managing the growth and eventual sale of both organisations. Today he leads the Libertas team ensuring it continues to deliver innovation and excellence for customers and partners. Outside work, Chris supports organisations across NSW and nationally and enjoys competing in Sydney ocean swims summer.

Jeff brings nearly 30 years of experience helping organisations improve performance through the smart use of data and technology. He has worked across multiple industries and global markets, spanning start-ups and large multinationals. Known for his inquisitive mindset, Jeff approaches technology challenges with fresh perspective and practical insight. Outside of work, he enjoys time at the beach with his family and unwinding with a glass of red and a classic 90s film.

Nathan is an experienced business leader with a strong focus on service delivery, problem solving and sustainable growth. He has held senior roles at Hewlett Packard, worked within a start-up environment and served as a non-executive director for not-for-profit organisations. Nathan brings broad commercial acumen and leadership experience. Outside of work, he is actively involved in the water polo community, coaching and supporting his daughters in the sport.

Andrew leads the delivery of all customer engagements. He began his career in Accenture’s Strategy Consulting practice and brings extensive experience supporting high-profile clients with ERP strategy, implementation and optimisation across ANZ and the UK. Andrew has held senior leadership roles at Accenture, KPMG and IBM, with deep expertise in SAP and process mining. Outside work, he enjoys travelling and skiing in snowy mountains with his family.

Rachael brings a commercially focused approach to building high-performing teams. She partners with leaders across the business on organisational design, workforce planning, performance frameworks, talent strategy and employee relations. With experience across multinational environments and diverse industries, Rachael helps translate business priorities into practical people initiatives that support sustainable growth and strong delivery outcomes. Outside of work, Rachael enjoys travel, theatre, volunteer work and time with her family.
